Hey folks - got Civ IV last night, played it some with my roommate(another Civ IV freak) and I kept missing his chat messages. So I've done some poking around, and I'm *really* close to having a teensy mod that might add rudiementary chat chimes. From the source files I get with the game I can't find an obvious way to add a new sound. Anyone have any ideas?
