Apadana Not Working (Should be Fixed)

Upon completing the Apadana, I received two envoys, but I've built half a dozen wonders since then and haven't received a single envoy for any of them.

All but one, yes. I built the Pyramids in my second city, but otherwise all my wonders are in Pasargadae.

That's a damn shame, I built it in my game. I didn't have the heart to continue to test it, I was kind of on the fence anyway about building it, maybe someone else can confirm?

I haven't had a chance to test this yet but I will. I'm working on building it in my current game now.

I was not able to replicate this problem. Attached is a saved game, the turn before I complete Mahabodhi Temple in a city (Tenochtitlan) with the Apadana. I currently have two unspent envoys, and no other source of envoy gain is pending. Upon ending turn the Mahabodhi Temple is completed and I then have 4 envoys (reflecting the expected gain of 2 envoys). I will attempt to build other wonders in that city and if any do not reward envoys I will report that here.

Zaarin, I would suggest loading my saved game and ending turn, to make sure you get the envoys. If you don't, then there may be something specific to your install that is causing a problem (bad file, a mod, or whatever).

@Emptiness I'll give that a try. I can guarantee it's not mods since I'm not using any, but it may be some other problem with my install (though it's a fresh install--I uninstalled the game a couple months ago and only reinstalled it the day Persia/Macedon released).

Just built Apadana in my capital but I didn't receive +2 envoys, nor did I see the cutscene of it being built... I finished it solely with builder actions, playing as China...

I've had the Apadana fail to give me it's initial envoys at least twice now.

Prior to GS, the Apadana always worked appropriately for me. Every single time.

Currently playing one game with GS. When I built the Apadana I got the cutscene but did NOT get the initial 2 envoys for building it. I have, however, received 2 envoys each time for subsequent wonders I build in the city.

Same thing happened to me a couple times. Sometimes it works, but yesterday I didn't get my emissaries.

I went looking and joined this forum for exactly that reason - twice now Apadana hasn't given me any envoys - first time I restarted 2nd time went looking for answers.....

Thank you! I just noticed this in my game too. Which is weird because it worked in my last bugtest -_- I just finished Apadana and it was +0 envoys up to 3 turns later -_-

Failure of Apadana to give 2 envoys when built should be fixed, per patch notes:

• Fixed an issues with Apadana where the user was not granted 2 Envoys when completed.
