Apartment Graphics?

Okay, as you see below we have a new little setup. Now turn your attention to the houses on grassland, they replace forests and can of course be placed on grass (plains) or concrete (grassland). When on grass they make cute little suburban homes, but what I want is for, when they are placed on concrete, apartment or town house like graphics, you know?

So what I am asking for is a grasslandforests.pcx with apartments so you can build a house on grassland thus having a suburban house or on concrete and have an urban house.

Could anyone make be a little graphic mod or point me to urban-like housing I could CnP in?

You can cut some of those civilian buildings out and test if it'll work in your terrain set.

Hmm? Do you have a larger pic of this game? Even if I didn't uses them for apartments, I'm still looking for good buildings for LMs.

It appears the buildings are already at the Civ 3 angle as well.

To be exact, what kind are you looking for? Or do I just shower you with almost every one I see?

If there is not too many, but I'd prefer to have more distinguishable buildings (in color, size, shape) so the difference between terrain is easily to see.

There's also a similar tool for SC4, which given the innumerable fan-made buildings on the intertubes makes for a huge potential collection of urban graphics ripe for the C&Ping.

Wow, those buildings are great for conversions...

where did you get the graphics for the first pic? do I see some of my work in there??

I tried to start doing Forest replacements that were buildings as well...but the computer that I have Bryce on, is out of commision, so I cant really share, but there are Previews in the BfNY thread

Some of those may be your own, I pulled them for BfNY and switched around concrete, and grass such so I could get forests on both.

I've finished the buildings from the files Civinator provided, I didn't make these the grasslandforest.pcx, but instead Lm hills. I want to use the Red Alert graphics for the forests, the reason I did these first is because they were already cropped and in the correct size.

I like these because they were pretty simple and very vivid and colorful in comparison to the other duller graphics used in my urban warfare pack.
