APETO - [GoobNES01-Fallout]

Look, we've discussed the situation, both in Cabinet and in Parliament, and the entire House of Representatives has agreed, we'll say 1 eco in reparitions IF, and only if, we keep Ceylon. Otherwise, we fight on.

Mr. Chernenko set back, and took a very long time thinking before coming up with the responce:
"It is our hope that APETO members will put pressure upon Australia and explain to their government that it is not a possibility to keep Ceylon. If, after that has been made clear, the Australian government does not change their position, we are afraid there is little the Coalition can do."

South Vietnam is pleased to see the reaction by the Japanese Ambassador, and asks Japan if Japan would like to agree to a Trade Route with South Vietnam some time?

Japan would be happy to open up trade relations with Vietnam.
From the African Federation
the African Federation would like to know wheter you have discussed the peacekeeping missions in denmark with the EU, Denmark is part of the EU and any military operation in their territories might be viewed as an act of agression and we would not want to start a war for simply not discussing such a small detail with the EU right?
in case that this has been discussed the AF would like to know who will command this peacekeeping operation and wheter it is possible for non Apeto members to commit men to this peacekeeping operations, we would like to commit men as long as they are not led by the CU, for we have see what happened in S.Vietnam when the CU led our men to die for personal gains and vendetta's.

Rest assured, it is a humanitarian mission. There shall be no fighting, except that to put down insurgencies. Russia seems bent on sending troops into Denmark, so why not the AF?

Correction: There will be no Russian troops going to Denmark. The Danish government refused our offer of humanitarian help.

We're not leaving Ceylon without a very large amount of money. An OBSECENELY large amount of money, in fact.

Mr.Chernenko looked disapointed:
"In that case my mission here is over. The Coalition accepts peace with the Commonwealth on those terms. As for Australia, we will consider the proposal. For right now, are you willing to accept a caese fire with the Indians?"

Fine, ceasefire. Just be sure to let them know, I have bombers laden with anthrax and nuclear weaponry on standby.

Mr.Chernenko repeats his question:
"What will be the cost of peace from Australia's stand point on the condition that Ceylon stays Indian?"

Not quite certain. We're discussing an appropriate price in parliament, we'll let you know when we decide. However, you should know that it is likely to be extremely high, and it is likely that India won't be given much time to pay it. Not my decision, Cabinet's decision.

Also, I have a question, would Ceylon be returned after payment or before?

Mr.Chernenko answered abruptly:
"Enough insults and games Mr.Abassador. Ceylon will not be returned. No payment will be made. If you prefer to mock us, you may do so as we prepare for war."
Chernenko left the building. Negotiations were over.

I'm confused...when did I insult anyone? Oh well. If that "joint force" comes anywhere near India, the CER can be ready to nuked again. This time with biological weapons heaped on top.

South Vietnam and Thailand ask Australia and the CER to take this diplo, or lack thereof, to a more appropriate place.

South Vietnam and Thailand announce that they will not help either the CER or Australia in any CER-Australia conflict. Both warn Australia about the danger of Nuclear Weapons, and using them.

Bull****. We are taking Ceylon by force. Any nuclear or bilogical attack will be retaliated against with our own nuclear and biological weaponry.

A regular Hydrogen Bomb is equal to 15 megatons of Dynamite, and has a fireball 4 miles in diameter. The bombs vaporise a crater 250' deep and 6,500' in diameter out of the rock. There is a mushroom cloud 8 miles across and 27 miles high, the canopy was 100 miles wide. Radioactive mud falls out of the sky followed by heavy rain, and 80 million tons of earth would be vaporised. That is only a 15 megaton Hydrogen Bomb.

The United States and the CER have the capibility to build a Hydrogen Bomb with a 50 megaton yeild. The United States ICBM can hold three warheads per missle. I can build 4 ICBMs per econ. That is 12 50 megaton Hydrogen bombs. The Fighting between APEATO and India, and also the CER will stop, and it will stop now, or I will obliterate the opposing armies out of existance.

And what will happen to you? You are no superpower to dictate to the world what will happen. Austrlia was offered a reasonable peace and they are unreasonable.
You think we will not retaliate against you? Ha! I spit on your words evil capitalist scum the American Empire is dead and the days of your Imperialisim gone. GO back into the hole you crawled out of.

Japan demands that all of India's biological and chemical weapons be decomissioned and put in storage. The former Fascist government had threatened to release a virus that would kill millions and Japan is uneasy with the fact that the virus still exists.

Hahahaha! The Indian ambassador spits on your weak and meingless words. Yeah right! As long as countries countries such as you, USA, Australia, and New Zealand exist India will have nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons and there is nothing you can do about it. So there!

Evidently, all the "change" you've been saying happened, hasn't.

It is a military operation, even if ment for humanitarian purposes it is a military operation and a military operation against an EU member can be perceived as an agression against the EU by the EU.

the AF will gladly commit troops to any peacekeeping mission that has been agreed upon with the EU, as long as they are not led by the CU.

The CU 'aint leading nothing to Denmark.
Most we're doing is sending our 10,000 Barneys.

Cuz' they're gonna get shot up and killed without proper backup, that's why.
I think we should move in with strength, this would be a good oppertunity to close ties and heal wounds with the RSA. Indeed, I hope the RSA will cooperate independantly with APETO on this mission led by the SecGen Malaysia as our charter amendment dictates.

There may one day not be foul play in the state of Denmark if we step in and save the country from Fascist Norway's undoubtedly planned intervention.

ah, so thats why APETO refuses to awnser the African Federation's question about wheter the EU was consuleted prior of this "intervetion"

First of All Norway, being the head of the EU, has every right to intervene in Denmark, any attempt to prevent or work against EU intervetion in Denmark might be seen as an act of war from APETO against the EU.

In case of a war with the EU (by apeto, CC, spain or any other coalition of those nations) the African Federation will side with the European Union, we have strong economic and military interests with the European Union and cannot allow other nations or coalitions to endanger them.
