Given you have an early game UU authority seems perfectly fine.

Yeah, the unique archer can get a lot of culture and faith and level up early. The map also looks good for some conquest. You could settle your first city east of the normal lake, across the river and another one north of the coastal wheat. So you have a base where you can safely cross the northern river and attack London.
England will probably settle the NW grassland. That city will be easy to attack.

God of war would be good, but what do you know on turn one...

That seems like an incredible Tradition start though.

Authority does like a Silver monopoly start but I always feel tempted to go Tradition when I start with marble.
