The last Encarata episode is about Greece and Alexander the Great. The devs highlight his military traits, and that he should be conquering, conquering, conquering!
@The_J , some guy on youtube who makes gameplay videos of this said that the system requirements mentioned are almost a figment of the imagination => this doesn't run well even on very new computers. Any info on that?

Do you mean the game itself? It runs rather well for me (constantly around ~60 FPS, above 100 if zoomed in) with full ultra. This is with a rig a bit stronger than the recommended requirements.
On my previous PC, which was rather weak and much weaker than the current one, it was around ~30-40 FPS with medium-low settings. I didn't complain at all (still gorgeous).
Latest patch also seems to be improving performance for lower end systems.
Make no mistake, the game runs HORRIBLY on all but the highest-end hardware unless you turn the graphics down to where the game loses all its visual qualities. But it is a turn-based game, so playing it in 20 FPS isn't unfeasible.
I tried Ara now, but didn't like how it made my computer sound. For the record, though, I don't like hearing anything at all from the computer, so that doesn't mean it wasn't running well
