I really like the chipper young SWITT pizza maker. I think her name was Julie.

And from the Old Country Buffet video, I learned that you tell customers thinner slices of meat are more tender.

EDIT: ok, I guess a case could be made for the second part of the OCB video being the "better part," since it deals with possible injury if you don't handle your knives properly. But all I got out of the end of the Pizza Hut one was the Priazzo, which I'm not sure they even offer any more. It's got a cool spiked insert, that looks like some kind of medieval torture implement, to make it cook evenly. But on the whole, I think the early part of that video is clearly the better part.
