Hi i'm playing a nice little regent game and declare war to russia in the modern age, so i get ready and see a stack of a hell load of units, i get ready to move in, but when i check the stack in detail i see that all they have is 2 tanks and the rest is all longbowmen, WHAT THE HELL is going on, its making the game extremely lame and easy.

They probably had no iron and no horses... so, they only thing they could build was longbows. Was it Babylon by any chance? They love to build Bowmen, then upgrade them. Once, I saw 40...

The AI is also pretty lame at upgrading even when it does have the resources. Often that stack-of-doom turns out to be some nice elite and great leader cannon fodder. Knock em all down to 1hp then send in the cav, knights and even horsemen

As I did with Vanilla Civ ---> PTW, I was going to transfer my highscores for PTW ---> C3C. I couldn't find anything resembling a highscores file.
Does anyone know where it is?

I don't think the highscores file appears until you have a score listed on the hall of fame. Just play a quick game so that a score appears on the hall of fame, and then try looking for that file.

Short Answer - no.

The best you can do is turn up the AI difficulty. Which basically still leaves the Ai sending stacks of junk towards you, but there are more of them, and they are bigger stacks.
