That's certainly supported by his pedia entry.
 
The Sidar revere Arawn. They neverexactly "worshiped" him in the usual sense, but they used to be closer to worshiping him they are now. He completely ignores them, so there isn't much point in worshiping him. Gyra, the archangel of death, did save the Sidar a couple times--from her twin brother Basium, archangel of life.

What is the story about Gyra, the Sidar and Basium? Thanks.
