I've been looking for the PAK file for this, and using the Search tool I found it in Custom Assets/Assets. But it didn't go earlier than that (C, My Docs, etc.). I have checked the Custom Assets file in My Documents and art0 wasn't there. Where did you find these files?

I believe it has been split up into Assets0.fpk through Assets3.fpk after it patched.
