Constitution. These boundries must be defined and approved by
the House well ahead of expansion, and may extend beyond the
cultural boundaries. City locations shall be determined by the
             Will of the People.

The post above is an example of a "Proposed Poll". I didn't take the time to reformat the coded text, but you get the point. That is basically the customary form of a proposed poll.

Thanks, Mr. Chief Justice. It couldn't be more crystal clear than that.

This message goes out to Comnenus and any other citizen considering a request for Judicial Review on a Proposed Poll. In your request, when you provide a link to your Proposed Poll, have the link go directly to the Proposed poll. Don't copy the address from the address bar up top. Use the exact post number shortcut to the Proposed Poll. I think the problem here is that a lot of you don't know how to link directly to a post. I'll explain this procedure.

In the top right-hand corner of each post, there is a "post number". If you want to link to a particular post, move your cursor to the "post number" and right click. You will see a little menu pop up. Left click on "Copy Shortcut". Now you have the shortcut to that particular post on youer clipboard. Simply use that when you are posting the link.

This will save a lot of time. We won't have to do a lot of reading to figure out which post you were trying to send us. Please learn and use this method when posting a request of any kind from the Judiciary.

As an example, I have posted a link here for the mock Proposed Poll above in post #22
