Simply, as in the thread title, my artists don't produce any culture. They do when I play without your mod. I noticed this in the latest version of your mod (UP mod for G&K), though I can't say for sure if this was the case in the previous version too. I'm pretty sure it wasn't.

I do have 2 versions in the mod directory for some strange reason. I only downloaded this mod via the ingame function, so I find that very odd. I'll try to remove the old one and report back.
Well - I removed v42 from the MODS folder, which was still there for some odd reason (maybe 'cos I changed the thing that made city screen not update on it). Loaded my savegame, and artists still don't produce any culture.. Like I said, I didn't notice this until the latest version of the mod.
I even reinstalled the mod, to no effect on the savegame I had.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd tried it with GEM, but had not played pure Civup in a while. I'm investigating further now.
