I noticed on some screenshots that the German Panzer UU looks like it has a Red Cross painted on it (see below). Not only would that be a breach of the Geneva Convention, it also looks very stupid and is historically inaccurate. It should be the Iron Cross, which looks totally different. Since I will only receive my game at the end of the week, could someone please post the pcx-file (and - don't know whether that's a good idea - the animation) for the unit so I can change it?

Thanks

daffy, that image is only a concept art. You don't see that kind of details in the actual unit....

While true, if you look closely at the Panzer it still has the reddish Xs on it, but they are not nearly as noticable now as they aren't so bright of a red. A better option would have been using a white cross inside a black circle, or a black cross inside a white circle with a black border around it.

hmmm perhaps they were swastikas (strange place to place em though) and they hoped we wouldn't notice :D

btw... why is placing a red cross on your tank a violation of the geneva convention??? (medical units or sth???)

You mad potatos!

The crosses change colour to whatever the CIVs colour is!

Remember the air bases in CIV2? The flag changed based on
who had owned the airbase last...
And the units in ToT?
Unit details change colour to match CIV colour!!!

I can't believe you are seriously discussing this!!!
