Siam is lot better than 4 other Civs because they have Naresuan's Elephant can beat Cavalry and Wat, giving Culture and Science and Special Trait that gives 50% more 
and 
from City-States
I don't like China because it's focus is on Great General effect and Naresuans can Stomp Chinese army in few moves.
For me even England is better than Chinese cus Longbowman is like Eagle on top of the mountain ho hunting his prey from very high distance.
I'm playing now with Japan and it's not better than Siam or China. Oda's Special Trait is Bushido, units always fight as full strength and with Japan you can't defeat on Immortal or Deity.
India is poor and helpless because Gandhi don't have good military and i don't see way to win with Gandhi except Cultural victory.
Mongolia and Genghis Khan: Very good unique unit, Keshik is little overpowered because he is very Fast and he is BEST archery unit in game.
