the 2 mods in question Total War Mod for BTS & ROM for bts. All i want to do is to bring the United Nations functionality and the constitution witht the voting process from the Total War mod into ROM, ive asked the creator of total war mod to help me or atleast tell me which files or xml & sdk files are used for that change... But he has not yet replied..

Can anyone with knowledge of SDK files have any idea where i must look at. and how do i go about extracting that partt of the mod and implementing it into another.

Probably CvPlayer, CvInfos, and CvTeam; maybe more. Keep in mind that RoM uses RevDCM's SDK, so you will need to use that as a base for source code.

Okay i have taken a look at the xml files with regard to voting and it had to import from certain sdk files should i check that? but how do i know for sure that, that is where i must look:/

i dont really know how to mod the sdk or python, as much as the xml. so yeah sorry if i seem a bit blonde :s
