It would be very silly to put Atlantis in, because there is no solid evidence to say it existed and many people believe it didnt. If this was Age of Mythology then that would be a very good idea, but its not. As a mod, however, it is a very good idea, because mods can be fantasy.

i second the statment above if u were looking into age of mythology then it would b an excellent idea in fact atlantis is the first and last level in the campaign on age of mythology and since it was just one big city it wouldent make since to have an atlantien civ besides it supposedly sank into the ocean

Yeah, I would never see this happening in a main game. But I guess for people who don't care about history too much, they could easily mod in an "Atlantis" civilization.
