Attacking city wall

And it may require a strategic resource.

Just watch Quill's video. I don't remember it needing a resource since I thought he had no iron.

Battering rams aren't needed to attack a city. If I recall the tooltip, they simply give a major bonus to adjacent melee units when attacking walls. Siege towers allow bypassing the walls. But in Quill's video the siege tower didn't seem to do anything and there were clearly walls around the city. That one is still confusing. I think what was going on is perhaps the walls weren't completely built yet since I've seen other cities with 2 separate health bars and this city only had 1. But we'll just have to wait and see.

If you allow a siege tower to set up next to your city then you deserve to lose it.

Like others have said, I just hope the AI understands the threat of battering rams/siege towers, and likewise, how to properly attack with them.
