I was reading the DLC-04 thread --- thanks by the way! --- and wanted to ask how you are able to view the change history and QA pipeline. Is that information publicly accessible or perhaps available via signup/subscription somewhere? I am intrigued and envious.

Sadly we're not at all in charge of that. That's in the responsibility of the hosts (not the admins), and then this stuff comes via google, so yeah...can't say where exactly the responsibility is :/. -
