If an enemy has an 'invisible' unit, and you cannot see it, and you move a unit on the tile with the invisible unit, you will attack, even if the unit has 0 attack, like a worker.

You cannot attack with a worker, if you move a worker on a tile where an 'invisible' unit stands; I think the system will tell you that 'you can not attack with a worker' of course you have located the an 'invisible' unit.

I hate another situation: I was moving my transport on the sea and at one square it met with a friendly submarine, and it attacks me creating a war, causing reputation hit... I'm lovin it!

In Conquests you can. To observe it just play the Sengoku scenario. You can build Ninjas which are invisible. Hust send them into ennemy territory and the AI workers will run into your units, and attack them. Since they have 0 attack, they die!
