Something I found you can do:
If you set the ZOffset in the ArtDefine_UnitMemberInfos to be -1, then the boat will be slightly further below the water, more like what a torpedo boat should look like.
I'm also using a Scale of 0.1 but that's probably because of single unit graphics? (it won't affect the height in the water)
