How much loot can you bring back to the motherland?

You need to :
a) have Cerro de Potosi or Fountain of Youth within your city borders
b) start razing an enemy (say Inca) city for a turn or two (you can keep it later)

A treasure will appear (civilian unit) that you can embark and send to Europe.

Oh okay thanks. On the intro to the Scenario they didn't say any of that. I'm guessing El Dorado would of worked too.

Earlier today, i got fairly lucky with Monty; FoY + Potosi, Sent three Caravels before everyone else to China... won by turn 72!

Saves (Initial & Turn70) below. Try it out.

But the enemy city has to be one of the Natives, not a colony.

Capturing a native capital gives you three treasures.

the saves won't work...

never mind, just got the achievement, btw, the wonders are not easy to appear on the damn random map, but you can also raze cities to get this achievement, however, not every razed city will create treasures, good luck
