The "official" Austrian stats can be found in the Civilopedia entry for this civ and for the Hussar. They are Mil and Ind.
In my version the Hussar is 7.3.3., costs 80 shields and needs Horses, Saltpeter and Iron (Civilopedia doesn't mention Iron, which is strange - the Hussar uses sword as a weapon).
