Autorun.exe - Bad image

Just bought Civ III and am trying to install it. the only thing that comes up is an error massage.

"the application or DLL D:\msvbvm60.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check against your installation diskette."

I dont know if this is a problem with the game or my computer.

Please help!
