Im starting to notice more and more people (myself included), are using anime avatars .

I am planning to upload some Maj. Motoko Kusanagi (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex) and Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop) avatars soon.

this can't be used here, but people may be interested in it for other sites...

how do i save this? when i hit "save as" it just gives me a single frame....

I'll assume you are using first copy then paste and then save as....

Just hit save as, inside the browser, don't use copy & paste since that will only give you a single frame.
