If 66...Bxf4 then 67. Kg2.
The position we now have is in chess theory known as K+border pawn+Bishop of the wrong colour vs K. Your Bishop isn't able to attack h1, the square where my King is going to.
If your Bishop was moving along the white squares and was able to attack h1, it would be an easy win for you. Now the result will be a draw.
But no problem if I have to prove it in the game.
