B7 No culture from CS

Running several other mods such as CSD.

I just saw this too. Cultural city state grants me +0 culture per turn. Running TBC (b7), CSD (v20), R.E.D., and infoaddict. I'm positive I cleared cache and moduserdata before starting this game.

The tooltip says "0 culture" but you are receiving it: just look at the culture in one of you cities, it will list it like the food bonus from maritimes. I think this is because the culture-from-CSs "event" happens when you end your turn, so check the city on the turn after getting the friendship or alliance.

You're right. I didn't realize the city listed the culture. I should've looked into it more before posting.

Well, I don't see my cities gaining culture from CS, and I don't see a change in my culture income either.

Huh. I just verified that it's working for me. Did you clear the cache and moduserdata?

CiVUP

• Culture from cultural citystates is now a city yield, working identically to the food yield from maritime citystates. This means cultural citystates now improve border expansion in cities, and capturing a cultural citystate gives a huge expansion boost.

I just forgot to update the tooltip, thanks for pointing this out. I've fixed the tooltip for 7.1b10.
