I got the game when it was free on Epic a few months back, and I've been playing pretty steadily. However, I noticed something today when trying to play that is bothering me: I'm missing some of the DLC. Let me explain.
What I want to do is test out getting planes way too early using Hammurabi. I've seen several videos on this, and I thought it would be cool try to replicating this because, well, why not. Anyhow, I fire up the game, and I don't see Babylon as an installed mod/pack when I go to Extras/Mods in the menu. But when I check my game folder (C:\Program Files\Epic Games\SidMeiersCivilizationVI\DLC), I can clearly see the Babylon folder therein:
So, why isn't this showing up in the list of installed mods? Several of these other mods are there (Australia and Barbarian Clans, for example). And if Babylon is missing, my guess is that there are several other mods/DLC packs here that also aren't showing up. And as I said, when I check the list in the game, it isn't even an option to enable or disable.
Did I miss something? Do I need to do a fresh install of the game? Is there some setting I've failed to see that allows for this to be displayed and used? Do I simply need a ham sammich?
