Back again. My gaming computer was out of action for a while, but it is now back up and running, and so am I. Hello everyone!! What have I missed?

What I probably should do is spring for a newer computer with more memory. Is there any problems running this with a more current version of Windows?

I have been playing a fair amount of Civ3 Play the World using a modified Test of Time scenario and also Civ3 Conquests using Theov'e mod. However, I will not be playing next week as I will be at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for evaluation for my disability which I have had since 1976. If you are the praying person, prayers would be greatly appreciated, as up to now, I have been driving doctors nuts for 48 years.

Well. I am back from Mayo, and have gotten some good news. They finally know what is causing my disability and that is neuropathy, or nerve damage, in my back. I will be starting on some new medication tonight and will see how it goes. It was quite exciting to finally see a doctor who specialized in my condition. Amoung other things, I have set a record for the person who has had this condition the longest that he has ever seen. I was very impressed with how fast the Mayo lab got test results to the doctor. The combined Skyway and Subway system in Rochester is awesome. We also had some very good Irish food in an Irish pub there. Thanks for all of the prayers and concern. Now back to working on Civ. Just need a faster computer.
