Well, I have come back to Civ after a bit of a hiatus and found this amazing mod. I am currently running Vanilla Civ (and .23 of this I believe).

1) Are there a lot of changes to the mod between the Vanilla Civ version and the current one?
2) Can I still play the .23 version/Vanilla Civ if I get Beyond the Sword?
3) Do I need Warlords?

Yes and most importantly the bts is still evolving!

Yes with your vanilla cd

3) Do I need Warlords?

no, only bts
