After reading the civilopedia entries for the unique units and leaders, I was thinking that many players might miss these entries hidden in the 'pedia.
It would be cool to make a popup occur when a new unit is first met that has a picture and the pedia story. (and an option to turn these popups off, since you probably don't want to see them after a few times). If you have played alpha centauri before I suggesting it be exactly the same as the story popup (like when you first meet the mind worms, or talk to planet).
