Balanced traits for next patch

I think the traits are already pretty well balanced, although a small boost to Protective, and maybe Imperialistic, might be nice.

Certainly, I'd say the proposed improvements to Expansive and Spiritual (and probably Creative too) would be seriously overpowered.

In particular, double production speed of Missionaries (and of the building that allows you to produce them) would be insane for a trait that allows effortless switching between religions - the potential for diplomatic manipulations could be abused far too easily. And that's without even considering how much easier cultural victories would be...
