"Balancer" for conquests

My mod pack "the balancer" is way screwed up i cannot find a current or updated or any version to replace it. The links to the "The balancer" on this forum appear to be gone/not available or bogus.
Any clue on it ??

I'm not sure if there is a version for Conquests(yet), but if, you are most likely to find it here (on CDG), where the Balancer mod has its own sub-forum:
