Barbarian Clans: Mods / Modding?

I like this new barbarian clan dlc. But, I'd like a mod to do the following:

1) increase the spawn rate;
2) allow healing of injured barbarians so long as fortified in an encampment;
3) decrease the minimum distance between encampments.

If there is already a mod out there, please point me in the right direction. If not, does anyone know whether and how this could be done?
