Barbarian Scenario - Camp has ST100 after loading savegame

Maybe this has already been reported, but when I load this save game, my barbarian camp has a ST of 100 instead of the normal value.

Additional - This seems to happen if I load the game directly from the main menu. If I start a new Barbarian scenario, and then load it, the camp is normal.
