Base/Assets on Android

Any experienced modder here can point me out how to modify or simply overwrite Base/Assets on Android. I see only Base/Platform and in those are only BLPs and no XML files.

Wanted to try the General Overhaul Mod and Quick Start Mod on mobile

It's hard and I have found that only mods that are sql based work (and only some at that). If I find a mod that is xml I found that converting it was possible, with some work.
