Hmm, yeah we don't really have a big picture description of what's been changed so far and where things are headed. There is a complete list of changes made in each of the version threads with changes grouped by the type of decision/logic they effect, but it's not easy to see the bigger picture from just a list particularly if you're new to these discussions. I'll try to write something up and perhaps get a discussion going ... to date there's been a mixture of focused changes on particular aspects (naval transport AI, air AI, etc) with more ad-hoc bug fixes and changes proposed by the community. The next version is shaping up really well, solidifying a bunch of previous thrusts of tweaks so this is a good time summarize what's been going on so far.
