BAT adding modules

I'm working on adding modules from other mods, modcomps etc to BAT and I'm having trouble with the resources i want to add.

In quota capita you have 7 new resources. They are loaded via WoC there but i have gotten the xml to work to display the resource with the proper text in game but the art is purple. I double checked to make sure the nif files are working in blender and they are but I'm confused on why the art won't load.

I reverted the artdefines schema to the original bts one since the modified one was WoC and the artdefines xml is set correctly. I'm lost on this one and have been digging and working for 2 days now.

I highly recommend posting this to the general modding forum as you'll get far more experienced modder eyeballs on it than here. All my experience is in modding Python and C++, not artwork or XML game changes.
