Batch image resizing

Is there any software which will do a good job of resizing a batch of images?

Have you tried the Gimp? It probably had an option in there somewhere to do that.

If you are using Windows, Irfanview contains a batch conversion tool (possible to resize a folder of images, etc).

Gimp is too big. My HD is full

Resize Your Picture is pretty good. Just highlight all the pictures, right click, click "Resize your Picture" and set the dimentions to resize it to.

Irfanview is also good.
