Before-Making-Diskusion: My 3rd Europe Map

Hallo!

I've decided to make a new Europe Map that will be my third one. It should have 19600 squares (140*140). But I don't want to make it quasi "alone". So have some Questions to you (how I should make ). They are ... here:

1. How many and which Civs should start where? I thought at:

• Rome (Rome)
• France (Paris)
• Spain (Madrid)
• Germany (Böhrlin eeh Berlin )
• England (London or Cardiff)
• Celts (Dublin or Edinburgh)
• Austria (Vienna or Budapest)
• Ancient Greece (Athens)
• Russia (Moskow or Petersburg; I haven't made the Map yet)
• Poland (Warzaw)
• Scandinavia (Oslo or Kopenhagen)
• Lettland (Riga)
• Ukraina (Kiew) (otherwise the Russians will be[come] too strong )
• Either the Byzantines or the Ottomans (THIS city)
• Cartharge (Carthage)
  
• Mongols perhaps (as Huns) (I don't know where)

2. Should I change the Rules? If I should WHAT?

3. What about the Unique Units?

4. Have you got any other suggestions?

Does nobody have improvement suggestions?

Hmm even though I think that Denmark is the biggest power in Scandinavia right now, I think you should choose Oslo and not Copenhagen (København) because it's more central.

I also think that you should change the rules so that you can place oil other places then dessert and tundra, så that you fx can place in Norway...

I've already thought of that. If I think about my first Europe Map and this problem ...

I dunno about civs, but if you included Iceland and the Indus River in the geographic scope of the map, I'd be excstatic.

Why do you think that? Sweden is biggest in most terms.

England should start at london as cardiff is a capital of a different country (wales)

also, if you're by chance your going to have the entire coast of the mediterranean; then you should have egypt in the cciv listings
