Like the title says what would be the best founding belief for india

my pantheon - is goddess of love (15 faith and golden age points every time a citizen is born) or God king ( +1 culture, science ,gold, GA point for every 6 citizens)
my first follower belief is always mandirs
in my spain playthroughs i would often go council of elders but with with india's lack of missionaries i was wondering what would be best

Fertility is never bad if you want to grow even more!

Cooperation is always something to look at.

Here's my quick analysis.

1. Apostolic Tradition - No.
2. Ceremonial Burial - It's a good choice if you have lots of land access to other Civs with limited competition; otherwise, you'll be hurting yourself by picking this.
3. Council of Elders - Good generic choice as it doesn't matter when a city switches: good if you have limited competition around.
4. Divine Inheritance - Assess your capability of producing GA points - it makes sense with Goddess of Love, but otherwise I'd say no.
5. Hero Worship - Probably not, unless you're Warmonger India which is an odd choice, but in that case I think this would be one of the more reliable options even if it seems like a bad one.
6. Holy Law - This will make sense later on in the game from your high-pop cities, but early on while still spreading this will suck, so I'm inclined to say no.
7. Theocratic Rule - Designed for Civs that don't anticipate much spreading, which can sometimes be an India thing. Makes lots of sense if you're on an island or have lots of competing religions nearby that you're unable to overcome.
8. Way of the Pilgrim - No.
9. Way of Transcendence - I'm inclined to say no - this is best when you can spread early and quickly and keep the pressure on; India can't manage this early and needs time to grow, and nothing is guaranteed.

4. Divine Inheritance - Assess your capability of producing GA points - it makes sense with Goddess of Love, but otherwise I'd say no.
Its great in that really big tradition capital which India is rather good at growing
