Hello everyone x)

Im new to civilization games
and im going to play coop vs ai first with my brother

we agreed that we would turn off every victory condition except domination (so make the game a bit simpler first)

and we will play on "warlord" difficulty based on what i read about difficulties on the internet x)

And i would like to ask what is the best lategame civ for new players vs ai that i could use when only domination victory condition is active

My brother will be with one of the greek leaders at first i wanted to be Alexander the great (he looks so friendly xD) but on second thought i think the best choise for me may be Theodore Roosevelt

What do you think which one would be the best choise?

Thank you :)

To be honest, if you are still learning I would pick Civs whose strengths are less complicated to master. Greece and Rome are both good Civs that are easy to master.

And what do you think about Brazil Germany and Usa?
Which one is the easiest to master? X)

But Teddy has the best airplanes doesnt he?
(Im not sure I never got to that part since when i last time played i just wanted to test if the game starts up correctly)

so i never passed the 3000bc line xD but it seemed to me like that and flying units are op x) (at least in sc)

Personally, I would advise you just to play some games on Prince for a while with random civs to get used to it. People hardly build planes at all, the AI rarely uses them (effectively) and they generally aren't worth the infrastructure
