Best LITE RoM? Any advice?

So i downloaded the full 2.71, installed it in the Mod folder for bts. Start Bts, and load the mod. It appears on the list, i go at it, it loads it.. and then i start playing and *no* extra content. I then choose to unload mod, try again and nothing.

What do you mean by "no extra content"?
RoM 2.71 won't have as much stuff as 2.91 or 2.92. It's an earlier version that was put out after the Official 3.19 BtS patch was released. You are patched to 3.19?
If you have been playing a later version of RoM or AND then you will need to use the Play Now option after loading the Mod to clear the cache. Otherwise the later versions will be pointing the ini file to things that didn't exist in 2.71. You will only need to do this once. Or you can hold down the Shift key while the mod is loading, this also clears the cache.
My 2.71 plays just fine. <shrug>
