best possible start?

maybe I missed it............. but what is strange about it?
9 early resorces total of which the best all around (marble) plus river+ sea (map was west vs east so sea is very important), in the part that we just see
after that he get 2 of the best resource early (horses) BOTH inside the capital, so both workable at start
iron +2 gold gives huge production and huge money after market etc
last but not least 7/9 inside 2 tile radius so early taken by capital
seems the best capital i ever saw

With resource icons and tile yields turned off, it's impossible to see what is special about that start... Hope you're enjoying your 'realistic' looking game.
