Best to declare war on the...

What exactly to you mean by 'they have to militaristic status'. I disagree about their unit though, 3.1.2 is very useful, only drawback is you need horses.

Do you mean which civ is usually weakest/easiest to destroy?

In my experience Aztecs or India.

The French are very easy to destroy and have large cities for loot. Almost every game, which they are in, I start somewhat near them and take them out at some point. Germany, Aztecs, Russians, Chinese, are much more difficult to destroy. The Romans are either very hard or very easy depending on if they have any resources.

The Persians are a serious problem also....

Hardest is either Persians, Germans, or Russians. All of these actually have developed cities and build hordes of units. Egypt is ambitious however not quite as competent in combat.

India is easy however very willing to fight.
France is certainly the easiest. Even though they have great civ attributes.

Russia IS the easiest civilization to destroy. Iroquois, Aztecs, England, America and France are very easy too.
The romans are a pain in the ancient ages and depending the way that they begin, they are quite easy in the modern ages.

The Zulu. As I'm watching the mini-series "Shaka Zulu" on The History Channel I'm beginning to wonder why they're so weak in Civilization III. ;)

America is a good target for me when i want to expand my empire. russia is a real ***** to destroy, i normally sign ROP's withthem and sneak attack them.

i always find that the indians are easiest to destroy.
but i like to take out the babs b4 they start flipping my cities! :-D

btw Sayounara how about writing more that one line per post??? 3 in a row is taking the piss a lill bit dont u think?

Yeah, MC4K beat me to it. I noticed this on other threads too, and if you check sayounara has only been here for six days and almost hit 100. Just make sure that you dont post three in a row or else some mod might ban you for spamming. Just a heads up. :)

Back on topic, it usually depends on how theyre doing, but the zulu sure are one of the weakest.

i usualy play the persians (early invasion and expansion wiv immortals is exelent!) so i guess im just always stuck next to the indians and babs :-)
(i always urs culture starting locations coz i cant stand starting by the poles)

Yeah ...:D
Must be because of their high default aggro level (100%) . They pick fights with everyone , their cities are also easy to flip .

I can't quite figure it out, but France seems to declare war on me for no reason in every game. It's usually always in Ancient times and it's fairly quick and easy to dispose of them. I find the most difficult battles are with Rome and Persia

Best to attack the English, French, or Americans. These three are non-militaristic and slow to build culture (fewer units needed to suppress flips).

Babylonians are a pain late in the game their territory tends to run deep because of their culture.

All the militaristic civs are tougher, too, with more units getting promoted during your battles.
