Ok I'm downloading .23 and the media pack right now. I currently have .22 installed, so what is the best way to upgrade from .22 to .23? Should I delete the ffh2 folder, then run .23? Should I not touch anything and just let .23 take care of it all? Do I install the media pack after installing .23? I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

When you run the .23 exe it'll put another folder in your directory entitled Fall From Heaven 2.023 or something like that, separate and apart from the Fall From Heaven 2.022 folder. So it basically looks like a separate mod. If you're not especially crunched for Hard Drive space you don't even need to worry about the .22 version after install.

You do need to install the media pack after .23.

Now that I have 0.23 installed, I want to put in some modmods. I gather that the media mod goes on next. I have Sureshot 0.22h4 -- will that work? Or is there a 0.23 version somewhere? And what about the Options mod? The installer does not show a version number. Finally, of these last two, which goes on first?

All those modmods have to be prepared specially for every release of FfH. They wont work, at least they shouldnt be.

Maybe the options mod will cause it is a pre-game mod but I wouldnt count on it. You can always try it. Just copy your mod folder [with that mod wich you want to mod-mod] and apply the mod to the original folder. You can still play the copyed folder mod if you know were to change the start dir in the ini and shourtcouts. There way you can have an original mod and many moded hybrids of it on the drive.

Actually, I believe someone stated on Snarko's thread that they found Options mod is compatible with .23 without any changes (except to where to install it). Apparently, the files it changes were not modified between versions. (I don't really know, since have dial-up here at home andI won't have the option to download .23 or higher for nearly a month)
