Ocarina of Time is my personal favorite, although that is probably because it was the first one I ever played.
Majora's Mask- weird beyond comparison, made no sence what so ever. btw, if you play this this do not warp back in time when you are completeing a dungeon and have keys in your inventory, those keys are now unretrivable!

I just finished playing Wind Waker and my opinion of Ocarina being better still stands. Basically I feel that WW is a great game, however OoT was so much grander. OoT was an epic game while WW was a good game. There was just so much more to do in OoT and the secrets were more rewarding when you found them not to mention more dungeons. In OoT you had to search out every secret and you may still miss some, in WW you just go to the next island to find the next secret. This brings me to the next thing. In OoT you had a vast land to search and enjoy yourself in not to mention a good amount of large offshouts of Hyrule field to explore. In WW you had the Great Sea, which was fun at first but eventualy became boring and you only had a few good islands to explore. WW was a very good game, but it doesn't even come close to OoT.
