Before I get the changes to the submission process made to allow for C3C submissions, I just want to warn everyone that C3C 1.00, C3C 1.02, C3C 1.12 will be the patches allowed for submission until further notice (highly advise 1.12). C3C 1.13 and C3C 1.14 I'm not sure about yet, as they have the potential of being tremendously unbalanced for high scores (and probably everything else).
