Better Balanced 6-Arm Snowflake Map - Better version of Civ 6 Snowflake map, with ocean resources.

The 6-Arm Snowflake map included with Civilization VI is flawed, as it lacks any luxury resources on ocean tiles and focuses power on the center. This map replaces it with improved luxury resource locations. Strategic resources have also been better distributed, and new tiles added to key areas. The map's center area is still key, but no longer game-ending. Compatible with Civilization VI, Rise & Fall, and Gathering Storm....

I am abandoning this project, at least for the foreseeable future. The map shows up in the menu, but when I subscribe from Steam it disappears. If I re-save the .modinfo file (even without changes), it shows again.
