Can you plz make the files in bic format and not biq?

Welcome to CFC - but "bic" format means for plain old original Vanilla CivIII. Hardly anyone makes mods or scenarios for that because it is extremely difficult to make them good. Also, this sub-forum is *only* for posting completed scenarios - you should post comments in the man Creation and Customisation forum.
