World Builder bug lets U cheat. CTRL W early in any game U get a green square around a tile and U can add anything - units, buildings or techs!!!!

try ticking the no cheating variable in game options, then maybe you wouldn't be able to cheat.

Are you actually being serious here? That's what world builder is, a cheat mode that allows you to modify the game however you like. This is how it's supposed to work, and of course once you've selected world builder winning the game is meaningless.

That said it can be useful if you want to experiment with the game engine, but you should never use it when you're playing the game properly. If you feel you're going to be too tempted it can always be turned off in the start of game options.

I've used the World Builder "Cheat" a few times to undo accidentally clicking the wrong button, though you can always load the autosaved game...

You can´t use the worldeditor in MP. And why should you forbid cheating? Why make a console and stupid commands? This is the way it goes, if you want to cheat, you can do so, if not, you don´t need to do so.
